"Shannon was amazing! She has a history and life long residency here and knowledge of the surrounding area. She was so familiar with each city, each area, and she was able to answer the plethora of questions I had. She invested time walking me through homes vie video so when we arrived we knew which ones we wanted to visit in person! She found us a rental property that would allow my two dogs, which was a huge point of anxiety for me! Shannon listened to what I wanted in an home, neighborhood, and most importantly, schools! She heard my concerns, and we didn’t look at houses outside my boundaries. She not only helped us find our perfect home, she continues to help us with things more than a month after the sale!
